Shipping
Your order ships out within one week after your order has been placed. After shipping, delivery time ranges from 4 - 10 business days, depending on your location.
Occasionally packages are lost or misplaced in transit. If it has been more than 10 business days since your package has had a tracking or delivery update, please get in touch.
If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund or replace items stolen after they are marked as delivered.
Return Policy
If your print or original art arrives damaged in any way from shipping, please send clear photos of the damage to flowersnthesea@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery, and I will issue a refund.
I am unable to accept returns if you’ve mis-ordered, ordered the incorrect size, or changed your mind.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me immediately at flowersnthesea@gmail.com Once a print order has been processed by my printer, I can’t cancel or modify the order and it will be shipped.
